Abysmal Allure is my 2022 Sweetest Little Thing submission. It’s made from recycled media: springs, old guitar strings, fabric, wood, a small bit of cardboard, an even smaller bit of aluminum foil, bits of plastic, and as per usual – the teeth that i make from dead lighter parts… plus a little rope, nail polish, paint and ink, adhesives.

Sweetest Little Thing is an annual Valentines day art auction in Sackville NB, in support of both the Owens Art Gallery and Struts Gallery & Faucet Media Art Centre. Locally, it’s a fun family friendly party, and if you’re from afar, you can participate by bidding online!
